If a veteran owns real property, resides on the property with their principal residence being a non stick built house or mobile home, does the veteran qualify for the exemption? 

Answer

Yes, if the veteran owns and resides on the real property.  The statutes do not specify that the principal residence has to be a stick built or mobile home.  The veterans exemption can be applied towards the real property.
